New Students
New students are encouraged to try a few classes before committing to
training. If you decide you would like to train, we require pre-payment
of the first three months' dues as a demonstration of your commitment.
(After the third month, dues are paid by the 15th of each month. There
are never any contracts.)
Training Dues
Adults: Dues are $90/month. (The 13th month is free with
annual payments.)
LEOs/Military/Students: Dues for law enforcement officers,
active duty military personnel, college and high school students
are $45/mon.
Same household discount: The discount is based on the
number of people from your household who are training. The first
person pays the full rate, and then each additional person
receives a $15 discount.
Gi (training uniform)
New students will need to purchase a gi. (Unless you already own
a plain white, "judo-style" gi without patches or embroidery.)
Adult size gis are $50.
Testing Fees
Testing fees are $25 payable when you take the test. (A student
training frequently would usual test once or twice per year.)
Kinokawa ryu membership
You need to be a Kinokawa ryu member. This is separate fee from
your dojo training dues. Please see the Kinokawa ryu Membership
information. (The annual membership fee is $50. You do not
need to pay this until a few months into your training.)
