Choose an item from the drop-down list, adjust the quantity and click 'Add to cart'. If you're only paying for one item, follow the PayPal checkout process all the way through.
If you need to pay for more than one item. (eg, your dues and a gi.) Put the first item into your PayPal cart. Then on the PayPal cart page, there is a "Continue Shopping" button which will bring you back here. Add all the items you need, and then follow the PayPal checkout process.
